We make a team

I have never been the type that plays computer games or builds himself a PC, I have always excelled in organizational and communication skills and discipline. I am a team player, I enjoy creating new things and I prefer quality over quantity. I always say that success is no rocket science - just use common sense.

I grew up with a keyboard and a mouse in my hand. During high school, I moved from computer games to web design and gradually put together a team of developers and designers. Communication  skills are my forte and it's something I use on a daily basis when leading projects. I am a tech fan but would not survive without sports and getting out into the nature.

Working in IT has helped sharpen my analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility but also a certain feeling for good business opportunities. This is why I am so excited about Mindee. My motto is " You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take" and I am delighted to have the possibility to co-create this new product with such dedicated players.

It's all about the big picture - seeing mistakes not as failures but as opportunities for growth. Throughout my career in sales and business development, I have always benefited from having learned endurance and discipline as a former professional swimmer. I love the challenge and try to work in a way that I never get bored.

I have always been driven by curiosity. Both the desire to understand how things work and my experience gained in the world of finance have taught me that work can be done simply and efficiently. I see links between things seemingly unrelated;  maybe that is why I do not believe in coincidences - everything happens for a reason, just like Mindee.

Modern technology and technology as such have been my hobby for as long as I can remember, everything new and promising is exciting to me. I appreciate order, consistency, reliability and insist on getting things done. Without these attributes, one cannot build a successful business.

I don’t believe in any work and out-of-work etiquette. Everyone should be treated the same. I am organized and systematic, prefer working with facts, put emphasis on open communication and do not run away from good arguments. Mutual respect, trust and long-term relationships are of the highest importance to me.

It has always been my passion to get to the bottom of things.  I go into depth. Superficiality is a waste of energy to me, so whether I am in charge of a project, team or process, my aim is to build on sustainable values. Teamwork is most fulfilling to me but it is the workout and the outdoors that make me recharge.

I enjoy playing the game, whether it is team sports, higher risk investments or computer games. At the same time, I believe in thorough analysis and readiness when solving any task. One could say I am a man of few words. I appreciate fair-play, team spirit, loyalty and intelligence - qualities no team can shine without.
